I will admit reducing sugar is a challenge but not impossible. One thing I learned is how to stop drinking soda and also learning to try new snack alternatives. Yes, there are cheat days to but the key is limit those days to less not more. Also you have to MOVE, you have to find a way to burn what you eat so find a fun way for cardio and weight training to build muscle mass. The key is to HAVE FUN at the same time!
