Every year I see people make RESOLUTIONS to lose weight, exercise more, change diet, etc…..I often wonder by January 3rd what has changed? I stopped making resolutions because I never thought it meant anything by December 31st of the next year. My new term is WHAT I RESOLVE TO DO? this is my commitment to myself to live a healthier life that creates my OWN happiness. I Resolve to Do the following:
1) To remove all toxic people, places and things from my universe
2) To continue to surround myself with a strong support network of REAL friends and family
3) To take “mommy breaks” as often as humanly possible
4) To stop searching for PERFECTION and accept FLAWS for the sake of growth
5) To realize there is no such word as “SUPERMOMMY and/or SUPERWOMAN” there are only 24hrs in a day( and 8 to 9+ of those hours are spent at work)
