10 Things I Need To Do

After evaluating the past 11 weeks, I seriously need some ME time to meditate and reflect on ME.  My lists of ME time and focus:

  1. A weekend alone to enjoy ME
  2. Learn to relax and enjoy
  3. Learn to keep some thoughts in my head and not out of my mouth or anywhere else
  4. Learn to exhale more
  5. Embrace what I have learned so far;  good, bad and the ugly
  6. Embrace the abundant possibilities that await
  7. Challenge my mind whenever possible
  8. Embrace who I am
  9. Embrace alone time
  10. Embrace what I do have
