Donald J. Trump Presents the Ultimate Merger

I know, I know another reality show.  This dating show premiered 2 weeks ago on TVONE and I was pleasantly surprised.   This is a dating show with 12 handsome bachelors from all walks of life trying to win the heart of Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth.  Now for any of you who are fans of Donald Trump’s Apprentice show you will definitely remember Omarosa.    Donald Trump hand picked the bachelors and provided in depth research on all of the participants.  My favorite was the credit check,  a must-have in this day and time.   An unexpected addition to the show is 80s  heartthrob singer, Al B. Sure.

I loved the first show especially when Dr. Jamal Bryant (Omarosa’s spiritual advisor) of The Empowerment Temple Family Life Center appeared to have the men sign prenuptial agreements.    Pastor Bryant also expressed the importance of being equally yoked and I was thinking PREACH PASTOR PREACH!  During the elimination portion of the show, 3 participants were brought front and center to determined who would stay.   I was not surprised when “Blizzard” was eliminated.  I really did not think his preferences in women were a good fit for this reality show 🙂  Show #2 did not disappoint either as some of the bachelors decided to leave the compound for a night on the town without Lady O.   Al B. Sure was a true charmer with Lady O. and did not throw any of the guys under the bus.  This show raised the bar on how competitive the bachelors are  as well as the emotional side for some.
